DWDM module- DWDM Mux/Demux Modules and DWDM Add/Drop multiplexer modules

DWDM Module utilize thin-film coating and micro optics package technology, They are available in two main configurations: DWDM Multiplexer/Demultiplexer (Mux/Demux) modules and DWDM Add/Drop Multiplexer (OADM) modules.
DWDM Mux/Demux Modules
DWDM Mux/Demux Modules are available in 4, 6, 8 and 16 channel configurations. These modules passively multiplex the optical signal outputs from 4 or more electronic devices, send them over a single optical fiber and then de-multiplex the signals into separate, distinct signals for input into electronic devices at the other end of the fiber optic link.
DWDM Add/Drop multiplexer (OADM) modules
DWDM Add/Drop multiplexer modules provide the ability to add or drop a single wavelength or multi-wavelengths from a fully multiplexed optical signal. These module allow intermediate locations between remote sites to access the common, point-to-point fiber segment linking them. Wavelengths not dropped, pass-through the OADM and continue on in the direction of the remote site. Additional selected wavelengths can be added or dropped by successive OADMS as needed.
Mux (Multiplexer) products combine several data signals into one for transporting over a single fiber. Demux (Demulitplexers) separate the signals at the other end. Each signal is at a different wavelength. WDM greatly increases the capacity of systems.
DWDM Mux/Demux are to increase more than one optical channel technology the transmission capacity into a single fiber. This is the one used in the existing fiber optic backbone network bandwidth laser technology. More specifically, the technology is close spectral spacing in a specified fiber; multiplexing and a single optical carrier, in order to take advantage of the transmission performance can be achieved. In this way, given the information transmission capacity, it can reduce the total number of fiber needed.
These channels are used in the optical Mux together, and then through a single optical fiber transmission to the hub or OTN, where re-use Demux to separate them. These separate channels can be routed to a single node or node group to meet the orientation of service requirements of the system. DWDM Mux and Demux provide high-density low-cost solution in this application. Sopto can provide high quality DWDM Mux/ Demux with different style, such as ABS box, LGX box, 19 inch Rack-mount, customized design.
The DWDM Modules combine or split particular wavelengths into a single fiber and are idea for telecommunication and networking. DWDM technology use ITU standard 0.8nm/1.6nm spacing between the wavelengths, from 1529.55nm to 1560.61nm.
Fiberstore  provide 1×4, 1×8, 1×16, 1×32, 1×40 100 GHz and 200 GHz DWDM Mux/Demux Module and 1 channel, 2 channel, 4 channel 100 GHz and 200 GHz DWDM Add/Drop multiplexer module. Our DWDM modules are configured by number of channels for any customer-specify channel plan, and can be integrated with taps and detectors for a complete DWDM solution.
